Delivery

The total cost of your order will be displayed before you pay. The postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically and will be shown on your order form.
Our postage costs are weight driven to ensure the amount charged is as fair as possible, in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days (with the exception of express delivery, UK only). Your order will be sent using Royal Mail or a Courier service and we will provide you with a tracking number if this service has been selected.

UK

– UK orders over GBP30.00 (ex shipping) now qualify for FREE delivery using one of the methods detailed below

– Small parcels weighing less than 250g (e.g small sample orders) can be sent using a non-tracked Royal Mail service

– Our standard delivery service uses Royal Mail 2nd signed for, ensuring a high level of service for our customers. Reference information will be provided when your order is dispatched, and we aim for orders to be delivered in 3 – 5 working days from when your order is placed, using this option.

– Orders weighing over 2 kg will be sent using a Parcelforce or a similar tracked courier service.

– Express Delivery aims to ensure delivery of your order in 2 business days for orders placed before 12 noon. This service will use a trackable Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce courier 24 or similar option.

Europe

Customers can choose from 2 options for delivery in Europe; we recommend using the trackable service for higher value orders.

– Royal Mail standard airmail which is a service without tracking or delivery confirmation. This service has a delivery target time of 3 -5 working days (from when your order is dispatched), but can be subject to delays (please see below).

– Royal Mail International Signed For (full tracking is only available in certain countries) and delivery confirmation. This service has a delivery target time of 3-5 working days (from when your order is dispatched), but can be subject to delays (please see below).

United States and the Rest of the World

Customers can choose from 2 options for delivery outside of Europe; we recommend using the trackable service for higher value orders.

– Royal Mail standard airmail which is a service without tracking or delivery confirmation. This service has a delivery target time of 5-7 working days for the United States or 7-14 days for the Rest of the World (from when your order is dispatched), but can be subject to delays (please see below).

– Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for with full order tracking (limited in some countries) and delivery confirmation. This service has a delivery target time of 5 -7 working days for the United States or 7-14 days for the Rest of the World (from when your order is dispatched), but can be subject to delays (please see below).

Please note, as products are handmade we do not carry large quantities of stock, but we will always ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with fulfilling your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, please contact us as we will always try to help.

Please note that delivery times will take longer over holiday periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders, including overseas packages, as these can be subject to delays caused by third parties, for example, customs or events outside of our control.

We use recycled or recyclable packaging and therefore we ask you to please dispose of any packaging appropriately.

Ownership of Goods

The goods remain the property of Conscious Skincare until paid for in full.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We always aim to deliver high quality goods to you. Should you receive a damaged parcel, defective goods or an incorrect order then please contact us via e-mail info@conscious-skincare.com within 3 working days.

Damaged or defective goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt to Conscious Skincare, Ty Parc House, Parc Teifi, Cardigan, West Wales, SA43 1EW, United Kingdom. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will issue a full refund, including postage costs, to your original payment card.

Returns and Refunds

You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Please contact us at info@conscious-skincare.com to arrange a return.
Please include a reason for return and a contact telephone number and return the goods to us within 14 working days. You are required to cover the cost of postage. Please obtain a proof of posting for your records.

Once we have confirmed the returned goods are in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund to your original payment card for the cost of the goods. The cost of return postage will not be refunded.

Cancellation of an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible as we can only cancel an order providing it has not been yet been dispatched by us.
